What shall we do when using the equipment?
- Check out the appearance of the machine. Place the steel bar bending machine on a flat place and prepare various mandrel tools.
- Install the mandrel, forming shafts, stop shaft variable stop frame according to the diameter of the processed steel bar and requirements of the bending machine.
- Check the mandrel, the stop block, and the turntable should have no damage and cracks. Fasten the protective cover, and begin to work after confirming the empty machine running normally.
- Insert the end of the steel bar that needs to be bent into the gap between pin shafts, fix the other end close to the fuselage, and press it tightly.
- When the turntable changes direction, carry out other procedures after a complete stop.
- After completing the operation, clean up the site, maintain the machine, and lock the box when the power is off.
- Concentrate on the operation, and be familiar with the direction of the work turntable. Place the steel bar in accordance with the rotation direction of the block frame and the work plate, not in reverse.

What we better not do for safety precautions?
- Do not process steel bars that exceed the diameter, numbers, and running speed specified by the machine.
- Do not stand on one side of the fuselage without a fixed side within the working radius of the bent steel bar. The hooks must not face upwards, stacking the bent semi-finished products neatly.
- When the machine runs, do not replace the mandrel, change the angle, adjust the speed, refuel, or move it.
